Raman Bhalla

Raman Bhalla has many years of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial, financial management and risk management in listed and unlisted companies.

At the same time, he held non-executive director positions in a number of private companies and non-profit organizations. Mr. Raman has extensive experience in establishing a company's management reporting and regulatory systems, and has unique insights into the company's capital raising, financial management and reporting, board reporting, business planning, formulating business strategic plans and establishing corporate structures. Mr. Raman has a comprehensive understanding of due diligence mechanisms in corporate mergers, acquisitions and sales.

Mr. Raman will assist and expand the company's business development, enhance shareholder interests, establish internal management mechanisms, and improve the efficiency of the company's internal systems. He will assist board members with ASX disclosure, investor relations, compliance and risk management.

Mr. Raman holds FCPA, CA, CIMA and a bachelor's degree in commerce.

Mr. Raman has been a spokesperson in media forums on the economic and financial challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises and the government's economic policy stance.
