Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He has served as executive director, director, board secretary and CFO of a number of Australian and Hong Kong listed unlisted companies (including multiple mineral resources companies), and was the president of Integrated CFO Solutions. He has 30 years of due diligence experience in corporate restructurings, IPOs, financings, acquisitions and their processes.
