Founder of Shenzhen Qianhai Huirongfeng Asset Management Co., Ltd. and CEO of Shenzhen Qianhai Huirongfeng Asset. Graduated from China Europe International Business School, received a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), a master's degree in finance from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), and is a certified public accountant of NIA, Australia.

From 2006 to 2009, he served as the general manager of advanced financing financial products of Award Global, Australia's Aohua International Group.

From 2009 to 2013, he served as the chief project operating officer of B1GROUP, a well-known Australian real estate group, assisting the chairman in successfully developing and operating B1TOWER, the tallest Chinese building in Australia, during the financial crisis, and achieved proud results.

In 2013, Ni Siyuan returned to China to prepare for the establishment of Shenzhen Qianhai Huirongfeng Assets, and served as the CEO of Qianhai Huirongfeng Assets. The company specializes in sunshine private equity, equity investment, mergers and acquisitions and other related financial businesses. Including investment in primary and secondary markets, asset securitization, entrusted asset management, investment management consulting, etc. Under the correct guidance of Ni Siyuan, the company has achieved remarkable results. It once used its own funds to become the top ten tradable shareholders in the secondary market in 2014, including Greenland Holdings (600606), Chinatungsten High-tech (000657), Harbin Hi-Tech (600095), Fenghua Hi-Tech (000636), and Linzhou Heavy Machinery (002535).
