Mr. Weiliang Liu also holds many positions: member of the Chinese Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Overseas Chinese Federation, member of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Federation, executive chairman of the Shenzhen Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, chairman of the Shenzhen Information Network Promotion Association, chairman of Shenzhen Zhiying Circuit Board Industrial Park, independent director of Hong Kong Yuheng listed company 8047, chairman of the board of directors of Shenzhen Qianhai Online Commerce Information Industry Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., chairman of the board of directors of Overseas Chinese Group, etc.
As a leader in the Internet industry, Weiliang Liu emphasized that he is willing to protect the new "Internet +" model. He also said: We actively respond to the country’s call for “innovation by all and entrepreneurship by the masses”. As long as you have a good project that can attract everyone, even if it is one person and one computer, we will support them. Of course, there must be a business model, a profit countdown and a critical point. Weiliang Liu said: Now we cooperate with all aspects of the industry. In addition to cooperating with domestic enterprises, our business has touched overseas regions including Japan, Europe, America, South Korea, Australia, etc. Australia Global Fortune Investment Company is a typical representative. He said: The purpose of coming to Thailand this time is mainly to seek partners and establish an "Internet +" platform, focusing on promoting Thai agricultural products to promote trade exchanges and interoperability of agricultural products among Thailand, China, Australia and the United States.
Chairman Li Guixiong thanked Chairman Weiliang Liu for his visit, saying that as the honorary chairman of Shenzhen Information Network Promotion Association, he has a deep relationship with Chairman Liu and the Internet industry, and expressed great interest in the "Internet+" Thai agricultural products platform. Li Guixiong said: Thailand is a major agricultural country and enjoys the reputation of "the granary of Southeast Asia". Its agricultural output value accounts for 12% of its gross national product. It is the only net grain exporter in Asia and one of the major grain exporters in the world. The main agricultural products include rice, rubber, cassava and tropical fruits. Thailand was once the world's largest rice exporter. He said: The implementation of "Internet +" in Thailand focuses on the broad prospects of agricultural business and huge development space and potential. The Thai Chinese Youth Chamber of Commerce and the Thai-Chinese Cultural Industry Group are willing to cooperate with the Australian Global Fortune Investment Company to make a difference in this regard and contribute to the export of Thai agricultural products.
After the discussion, Li Guixiong awarded Weiliang Liu the "Thailand Chinese Youth Chamber of Commerce Consultant Certificate", and Kuang Jinrong awarded Weiliang Liu the "Thailand Xinhua Magazine Honorary President Certificate". I believe that the participation of entrepreneurs like Mr. Weiliang Liu will have a huge impact on the affairs of the Youth Chamber of Commerce and will also provide a good platform for the new generation of overseas Chinese in Thailand to start their own businesses.

The innate business acumen of Chaoshan people helped him overcome obstacles and achieve fruitful results along the way. When he was elected as a member of the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese at the end of 2013, he was received by President Xi Jinping.
