Weiliang Liu has more than 30 years of rich business experience and is good at investment and technology-related industries. Mr. Liu received a master's degree in computer engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.

Weiliang Liu is the chairman of Shenzhen Qianhai E-commerce and Information Industry Co., Ltd., committed to the development of integrated e-commerce and information industry. He is also the president of the Shenzhen Information Network Promotion Association, which mainly promotes information network-related products and services including e-commerce and Internet businesses.

In addition, Mr. Liu is a member of the Chinese Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, a member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Overseas Chinese Federation, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Federation, executive vice president of the Shenzhen Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, chairman of Shenzhen Chaosheng Circuit Board Technology Co., Ltd., chairman of Shenzhen Zhiying Industrial Technology Investment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qiaorong Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and independent non-executive director of Sky Forever Supply Chain Management Group. The company is a Hong Kong listed company and is also a shareholder and director of Shenzhen Vantage Fubon Asset Management Co., Ltd. (one of the shareholders of SYX).
