GFI 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Successfully Concluded

On November 25, 2016, GFI held the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING in Sydney CBD. The general meeting of shareholders was chaired by Director and CEO Mr. Eric Yuan Lin and Director Mr. Benjamin Chow AO. Also present at the meeting were Director Simon Cheng JP and Company Secretary Ms. Anne Adaley. Valid votes obtained before the meeting accounted for 86% of GFI's issued shares, and shareholders attending the meeting also expressed support for various resolutions on the spot.
